An update about COVID-19

With the ongoing situation around COVID-19, we wanted to share an update with you. While prioritizing the health and safety of workers some of our fulfillment centers have extended their fulfillment rate outside of our shipping timeline.

We are doing everything we can to ensure that you receive your orders in a timely manner. We're partnering with backup facilities to help us manage order volume, and we're routing orders to wherever they can be fulfilled most efficiently.

We apologize for any delays in getting your order to you. Production or shipping may be impacted by global issues beyond our control, and cause a bit of a wait.
